What is the Undergraduate "NGR" Policy?

The mark of "NGR" (no grade received) is recorded when the instructor fails to submit a grade for one or more students in a course. The "NGR" may be removed and a grade (if taken for a grade) or an "S" or "U" (if taken "S/U") may be substituted for the "NGR" by the instructor. This change should be made by March 1, August 1 and November 1 for the fall and spring semesters and summer session, respectively. After the deadline, any "NGR" in an undergraduate class will be changed to a grade of "WF" and will be calculated in the cumulative grade point average like an "F".
